Compliance & reporting
Monthly compliance reports
Review monthly leak-test records for a Location by tank and year, then export the displayed evidence as PDF or CSV. Use the labels and controls described below to complete this workflow in the current TankActive web app.

Where is the monthly report?
TankActive does not currently provide one generic Reports wizard with monthly, annual, and custom report types. Start from the Location whose records you need. In Reports & history, select Leak test compliance to open Monthly Leak Tests. The records shown are based on data TankActive received from the Location's automatic tank gauge (ATG).
The page loads a monthly view for the available tanks and year. It is designed for reviewing leak-test history, not for generating an inventory statement or a universal regulatory filing. Use Daily inventory, Delivery history, Alarm history, Leak test results, or CSLD tests when those are the records you need.
How do I load the records?
- 1Open the Location and find Reports & history.
- 2Select Leak test compliance.
- 3Choose All tanks or a specific Tank.
- 4Choose an available Year and select Load report. Use Refresh if you need TankActive to reload the selected view.
- 5Confirm the Location, tank selection, and year before relying on or exporting the results.
What does the report contain?
The summary shows Rows returned, Tanks represented, Latest month, and Average % full for the selected result. Each row identifies Month, Tank, Report type, Test type, Fullest test, Duration, Volume, and % full. These fields document what the reporting surface received and calculated for display; they do not add a regulatory acceptance decision.
Review missing months, unexpected tank selections, and reported test details with the responsible compliance contact. A blank or incomplete result may mean no matching records were returned, not that a test was unnecessary or that a Location was compliant.
How do I export and retain the result?
Select Export PDF for a formatted copy or Export CSV for row-level data that can be reviewed in spreadsheet software. The export follows the current Location, tank, and year selection. There is no Excel workbook or one-click annual filing generated by this screen.
File the export according to your organization's record-retention process and keep enough context to identify the Location and selected year. Acceptance, submission method, and retention requirements vary by jurisdiction and facility. Confirm them with the regulator or qualified compliance professional responsible for the Location. If an expected Location, tank, year, or record is unavailable, contact TankActive support for help locating the product data rather than substituting an unrelated report.
